Norlane man dies in evening crash

A Norlane man has died after his car hit a tree yesterday evening. The 32-year-old was travelling along the Hamilton Highway, west of Geelong, just after 8.30pm on Thursday, April 3, when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree. The driver died at the scene and was the only occupant and vehicle involved in the crash. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by police.
