- The estate at 7640 Tobia Way features a "showcase of Santa Barbara-inspired architecture" across 8.2 acres, with listing notes highlighting a resort-style pool and 5,000-bottle wine cellar.
- Purchased for $3.7 million in December 2018, the Fair Oaks property is now being sold as the Newsoms settled into a $9 million Kentfield home in 2024.
- Newsom is the third consecutive California governor to split time between Sacramento and another region, following Former Governor Jerry Brown and Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who commuted throughout their tenures.
