On Monday evening, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, the Michelin Guide has held only one new three stars: Les Morainières, by Michaël Arnoult, in Jongieux, in Savoie. A talented chef-owner, but such a timid list that he says more about the retention of the Guide than about the state of French gastronomy.
