The queues are long at the gas stations in Haparanda on the border with Tornio, Finland. The petrol and diesel sale on the Swedish side is attracting large numbers of Finns across the border. “We have to get a delivery tonight, otherwise we will run out,” says Tommy Wallo, station manager.
