Garupá Mayor Vetoed Obligation to SAMSA to Install Air Blockers

The mayor of Garupá, Luis “Lucho” Ripoll, partially vetoed Ordinance XVI N° 10, approved by the Honorable Deliberating Council (HCD) to regulate the provision of the drinking water service, and terminated some central articles of the regulations, including the obligation of the company Servicios de Aguas de Misiones S.A. (SAMSA) to install air purging or blocking devices in the pipes of all current and future connections.
