The EU Directive on price transparency will probably no longer be implemented in national law until 7 June
The EU directive should have been implemented nationally in less than a month, but many questions are still open, and the Chamber of Commerce is afraid of a bureaucracy avalanche.
In the individual consideration, many regulations, such as those on wage transparency, which is to enter into force from June, are understandable. In total, however, they are a great burden for the domestic companies. The government should therefore ensure that the bureaucracy is reduced rather than built up.
