The four-day Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee came to an end on July 18 at the Jingxi Hotel in Beijing. The communiqué after the meeting revealed that Sun Jinming, member of the Central Candidate Committee and Chief of Staff of the Rocket Force, actually fell to the horse, and that Lieutenant General Ding Xingnong was rarely “skipped” when he was a member of the Central Committee. It is suspected that something has happened.
