A new Costco is coming to North Port, Florida, in June 2024. The 157,000-square-foot store will be built in North Port’s Wellen Park, a master-planned community in south Sarasota County.The new membership warehouse also includes a gas station, a tire service center, a hearing aid center, an optical department, a pharmacy and a food court serving up everything from churros to pizza.
