French, British, German leaders to co-chair meeting on Ukraine on Monday
The allies pledged more air defenses and security guarantees as Ukraine reported a sharp drop in Patriot interceptor deliveries, Zelensky said.

- Zelensky pushed the European Parliament to adopt legislation releasing €30 billion in EU funding, citing Russia's ballistic missile output of around 100 monthly, while the coalition weighed coordinated measures against the shadow fleet of tankers Russia uses to move sanctioned oil.
- No American representative attended the summit as Washington remains focused on its own deficit following the war on Iran, while talks on ending the war remain frozen with Moscow holding territorial and political demands that Kyiv has rejected.
