Freeview makes 4 channel changes in new update as Brits urged to retune their TV now
- Freeview users in the UK are advised to retune their TVs to update channel listings and ensure the TV Guide is current due to several channel changes.
- Hobbycraft TV on channel 97 has been renamed Shop Unlimited, and Great! Romance Mix on channel 61 has been replaced by Great! TV +1.
- Movies is moving from channel 61 to channel 62, while Great! TV +1 takes over channel 61.
- Freeview confirmed these changes will take effect on 20th May 2026 and advises manual retuning by accessing the TV or set-top box menu to update and save the new channel lineup.
