Freedom: Challapalca Transferred to the Nicknamed “Old Jhim”, Stepfather of “Jhonsson Pulpo”

The National Penitentiary Institute (INPE) transferred the maximum security prison in Challapalca, Tacna, to Paul Jhim Haro Raza, alias “Old Jhim”, accused as the stepfather of Jhonsson Smit Cruz Torres, leader of the criminal organization “Los Pulpos”.
