US Secret Service official warns of scams, fraud and financial crimes

Todd Di Carlo, assistant to the special agent in charge of the U.S. Secret Service’s Chicago field office, has family members who’ve been victimized by scam artists and criminal fraudsters.

The Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) warned citizens against those who commit fraud on behalf of RTÜK. The method used by the fraudsters made us say "no more".

A warning was issued against fraud attempts using the name of RTÜK President Ebubekir Şahin. In the warning, it was stated that the necessary criminal complaints have been filed by our Institution against the person or persons making these fake calls, legal processes have been initiated and the process is being followed meticulously.
