NAGUABO – Puerto Rico Police reported investigating a fraud against an older adult, reported Tuesday morning at a residence in the Mariana neighborhood of Naguabo. According to authorities, the complainant, an 81-year-old man, received a phone call in which a male voice pretended to be an employee of a banking institution and told him that his account was blocked, requesting personal information and data from his ATH cards.
