Frank's Café opens Howland location

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) -- Frank's Café has officially opened its new Howland location. It's located at 1955 Niles Cortland Road NE. It opened earlier this month as the cafe's fourth location. Frank's Café sells items like salads, wraps and sandwiches as well as coffee and breakfast.
