FoxDen Capital, a Little Rock-based and family-owned investment firm, has acquired U.S. Pizza Co., a Little Rock-based chain of pizza restaurants that got its start in 1972.

On Tuesday Little Rock-based investment firm FoxDen Capital announced the acquisition of U.S. Pizza Co., an Arkansas franchise that’s been serving up thin crust pizzas and popular salads with highly sought-after ranch dressing for more than 50 years.

FoxDen Capital of Little Rock has bought U.S. Pizza Co., the pizza restaurant chain founded in 1972 in North Little Rock by Judy Waller. U.S. Pizza has three locations in Little Rock along with restaurants in North Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle, Bryant and Fayetteville.
