Three editors at Morgenbladet are resigning from the Norwegian Editors' Association in protest that the editor of Documents has not been expelled. It is a purely demonstrative act, as exclusion must follow a carefully agreed procedure: A warning must be sent and the person concerned must be given the opportunity to defend himself.
This is stated in an open letter written by society editor Bjarne Riiser Gundersen, ideas and debate editor Ingeborg Misje Bergem and culture editor Bernhard Ellefsen in Journalisten.
