Four charged in Austell ATV theft

Earl White, 58, of Douglasville; Thomas Marshall, 54, of Austell; Purez Ivey, 51, of Powder Springs; and Keenan Smith, 43, of Hiram, are accused of planning and assisting in concealing the theft of a 2026 Polaris Outlaw 110 four-wheeler.
