Foul play not suspected in death of man

An autopsy is scheduled for a man who was found unresponsive Wednesday afternoon. Officers with the City of Orange Police Department were dispatched at approximately 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to the 1000 block of Western Avenue in reference to an unresponsive male.  Officers and emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and determined the individual, identified as John Derby, 38, of Orange, was dead.
