Fort Pierre employees to receive pay raise

Fort Pierre city employees will receive a three percent pay raise after the City Council wrapped up a wide-ranging year-end meeting Monday, Dec. 15, approving multiple ordinances, closing out major infrastructure projects and setting policy direction for the coming year.
