Fort Frances, Ont., residents collect donations for seniors displaced by fatal apartment fire

Community members have raised more than $4,000 to support seniors that have been displaced following a fatal fire at an apartment building in Fort Frances, Ont. The fire at Rose Manor, which occurred on Sept. 22, resulted in the death of a 92-year-old resident. An investigation into what happened, led by the Ontario Provincial Police and Office of the Fire Marshal, remains ongoing.
