Former sheriff’s attorneys discuss his state of mind before he shot Letcher judge - Mountain Top Media

WHITESBURG, Ky. — Attorneys for former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn Mickey Stines are speaking out about their belief that their client was not acting as himself when he shot and killed Letcher District Judge Kevin Mullins in September of 2024. Stines is now facing a murder charge for that shooting.
