BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — A former Chatfield police officer pleaded guilty to driving drunk after working a shift for an event at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in May. Kenneth Ronald Gallion was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one charge of carrying a pistol while under the influence in late May.
