Alberto Juan Fernández Michell was arrested by staff of the Investigative Police (PDI) when he attended a Family Health Center in Iquique, the judiciary reported.
Fernández was at large since March 2024 when he was sentenced to life imprisonment for the Laja-San Lorenzo massacre.
