The Nikulin District Court of Moscow found the former adviser to the rector and the head of the Department for Capital Construction and Repairs (COS) of RanhiG to be guilty of a particularly large bribe (art. 290, para. 6, of the Criminal Code) on two occasions, reported by the Court ' s press service, who had been given eight years ' imprisonment and a fine of 45 million roubles.
