The principal of a Chester County high school has announced his resignation as the West Chester Area School District says it is cooperating with an investigation involving the former principal.

A letter issued Wednesday from West Chester Area School District Superintendent David Christopher notified district families that  Bayard Rustin High School principal Michael Marano had resigned, Friday, and that law enforcement is involved.
