PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Floyd County man whose car was being repossessed found himself heading to jail, after he allegedly fled in it as it was being hooked up to a tow truck. Police say that Chad Edward Conn, 36, of Beaver, had pulled into the Murphy USA gas station in front of Pikeville Walmart.
