On Tuesday, at a Fort Myers, Florida, apartment complex, two friends saw a man repeatedly strike his dog — violently stomping on the animal’s head with his foot.The duo took cellphone video of the incident and then immediately phoned the Lee County Sheriff’s Office — because if there’s one county in Florida where animal abuse is taken very seriously, it’s definitely Lee County, the home of the Animal Cruelty Task Force.
