Florida Chick-fil-A location now offers drone delivery
- Customers at a Chick-fil-A in Brandon, Tampa Bay can now choose drone delivery for their meals through the app, with a limited-time offer of $0 delivery fee.
- The restaurant loads orders into a white box attached to a drone, which lowers the box at the delivery location for the customer. The service operates Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, within a 1.2-mile radius. Expansion plans to two miles are being considered.
- The Brandon location is currently the only Chick-fil-A in the country offering drone delivery.
