Flood warnings in effect due to runoff; East Fork at Seymour to flood this afternoon

Flood warnings are in effect for parts of our area including parts of Jackson, Brown and Jennings counties. According to the National Weather Service, up to 3 inches of rain have fallen across the area and storms bringing another 1.5 were possible this morning.
