Man injured in robbery, stabbing in downtown Hopkinsville; two charged

A man was left in critical condition during an apparent robbery early Friday in downtown Hopkinsville, and two suspects have been charged.

A man was rushed to a waiting helicopter after a stabbing on Liberty Street in Hopkinsville on Friday morning. Hopkinsville Police say they were called for a man beating on the door at the Salvation Army and found that the man had been assaulted and stabbed in the stomach.
