Fix the issues with the USPS - The Herald-Courier

Dear Editor: The only way to preserve the USPS is to cut wages, salaries and benefits. Increasing prices for stamps, etc. does not work, which is evident. Borrowing from the federal government, which is 39 trillion dollars in debt and still growing, is not the answer either. Eliminate pensions supported by postal services. You don’t need a college degree to deliver the mail. A starting wage of almost $20 per hour is crazy. Minimum wage to start.…
