Several people have been displaced and a cat was rescued after a fire broke out at a residential building in San Francisco's Telegraph Hill neighborhood Friday night.

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE) — The Lincoln Fire Department was called to a home on Almy Street Friday morning for reports of a structure fire. Personnel arrived around 9 a.m. with fire showing on the right side of the building, according to the department.
