Weather France places the Herault, the Gard, the Aveyron, the Lozère and the Haute-Loire in an orange rain-flood and flood alert.
Precipitation is expected to peak this Sunday in the afternoon, warns the Weather Chain.
Heavy rainfall on the South continues due to a Mediterranean episode that will last until Tuesday. Vigilance may spread.
The risk of flooding concerns the Gard, the Lozère and the Ardèche, from 2 p.m. onwards. Météo-France specifies that the most important precipitation is expected "on the Cevenol axis, from the north of the Hérault to the south of the Ardèche".
