Two forest fires have been declared today in the province of Alicante, parallel to El Saler in Valencia. The first, in the area of El Racó, near the town of Sella, a small municipality very close to Benidorm. The second, between the towns of Sanet and Negrals and Rafols d'Almunia, in the Marina Alta region. In both cases, the wind is making it difficult for both aerial means and firefighters to extinguish the fires.

The municipality of El Saler, in Valencia, suffers from a forest fire declared in the early afternoon of this Monday. The incident forced the evacuation of two buildings and the mobilization of two extinguishing planes and 17 fire units.
