First Time Working in Chubu in 26 Years: Koza Is Changing

I was transferred to the Chubu region in April due to personnel changes. The town of Koza seems to have changed quite a bit, as it's my second time here in 26 years. The pedestrian overpass that used to be a symbol of the Goya intersection has disappeared, replaced by a scramble crossing.
