The first Orange fans were already standing at Noordeinde Palace early Tuesday morning for Prinsjesdag. At 6:30 a.m., ten people dressed in orange and with orange decorations were standing at the palace in the city center of The Hague, and more are arriving, a reporter observed. The first people say they have been standing there since 4:15 a.m. They left home yesterday and slept in a hotel last night.
