Romane Dicko of France made history in Podgorica by claiming her fifth European title, once again overcoming her long-time rival Raz Hershko of Israel in the women’s heavyweight final. Dicko had to dig deep to manage the final, as Hershko initially disrupted her rhythm and prevented her from establishing her usual dominance.
