SANTA ROSA, N.M. – A growing 10-acre fire near State Highway 91 has prompted evacuations east of 91 south between mile posts 1 and 4. A public notice told people to evacuate the area east of 91 south between mile posts 1 and 4. The notice said the evacuation shelter is at the Blue Hole Convention Center.
