Fire in Montfoort coating company under control

The large fire that broke out Monday afternoon at a coating company in Montfoort is under control, reports the Utrecht Safety Region. The NL-Alert that was sent to warn residents about the smoke has also been withdrawn. Those who are no longer bothered by the smoke can open windows and doors again and turn on the ventilation, according to the safety region.
