Crews push deeper into burn area on the Nelchina Glacier Fire as suppression repair plans take shape

Fire crews on the Nelchina Glacier Fire (#226) continued mop-up operations along the north edge of the fire Thursday, working 40 to 60 feet into the burned area with a goal of reaching 100 feet.
