Fire Caused by Explosive at Café in Czaar Peterstraat, Bystander Slightly Injured

An explosive went off last night at a café in the Czaar Peterstraat in the city centre. The explosion also caused a small fire. A bystander was slightly injured while trying to extinguish the fire.
