Fewer Park Rapids homeowners appeal valuation after steadier sales year

Park Rapids fielded fewer challenges to property owners’ assessed valuations this year than in recent years. The Park Rapids Board of Equalization and Appeal heard only four appeals on Thursday, April 9 – two in person and two in writing.
