Ferrovial Joins the Nasdaq-100 Index®, Achieving New Milestone in Global Growth
Ferrovial's Nasdaq-100 inclusion reflects its two decades of North American operations and positions it as a key player in U.S. infrastructure, analysts say.
- On Dec. 13, 2025, Ferrovial, a leading global infrastructure company, announced its inclusion in the Nasdaq-100 Index, effective prior to market open on Monday, December 22, 2025.
- After beginning U.S. trading in May 2024, Ferrovial has operated in North America for more than 20 years building and managing express lanes in Texas, North Carolina, Virginia and Ontario.
- Over 25,500 employees work for Ferrovial worldwide, which is developing New Terminal One at New York's JFK International Airport and appears in the Dow Jones Best in Class Index, following the UN Global Compact adopted in 2002.
- Ignacio Madridejos, Ferrovial CEO, said inclusion showcases strong U.S. market presence and commitment to long-term shareholder value while enhancing visibility with U.S. and global investors and broadening the shareholder base.
- Following its May 2024 U.S. listing, Ferrovial's Nasdaq inclusion comes about one and a half years later, with analysts viewing North America as the company's growth engine.
