Fermi Appoints Larry Kellerman to Board of Directors
Larry Kellerman brings more than 40 years of electric power experience as Fermi expands its utility-scale private grids for artificial intelligence.
On Monday, May 4, 2026, Fermi Inc. appointed Larry Kellerman to the Board of Directors as an independent director, the company announced yesterday.
Kellerman was nominated to the position by an affiliate of Toby Neugebauer, bringing over 40 years of leadership in the electric power and utility sectors.
Previously, Kellerman served as CEO of Atlantic Power & Utilities and Quantum Utility Generation while acting as Head of Power for Fermi since the company's inception.
Marius Haas, Chairman of the Board, said: "The Board looks forward to welcoming Larry as a new director as we continue to oversee execution of Fermi's strategic priorities."
The appointment reinforces Fermi's mission to create the world's largest next-gen private grid, leveraging a leadership team with a combined 25 GW of experience to ensure America's energy dominance.
