A crash just after sunset Monday was fatal to a woman driving a moped on U.S. 74-76 in Delco. The Highway Patrol and Acme-Delco-Riegelwood Fire Rescue Chief Steve Camlin said the moped was traveling east in the 23000 block of the highway around 8:24 p.m. when she was struck in the rear by a Dodge Caravan driven by Hope Marie Agler, 42, of Burgaw.
