Feds pick up 4 felony first-degree sex charges against Ogema man

DETROIT LAKES — Joseph Daniel Schultz, 41, of rural Ogema, has had nine felonies, including four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, dismissed in Becker County District Court. On Jan. 25, 2024, the White Earth Police Department received a report that Schultz had sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 14.
