Austrian Beteiligungs AG (ÖBAG) will transfer EUR 766.93 million to the Ministry of Economic Affairs on 1 July as 100% owner of dividends. Of this amount, EUR 175 million is attributable to the special dividend of OMV. VIENNA. The Republic of Austria can once again rejoice at a rain of money from its holdings.
The Republic of Austria is once again pleased with a drop in money from its holdings. The companies managed by ÖBAG (Österreichische Beteiligungs AG) distribute a total of 1.26 billion euros in dividends and special payments for the year 2024, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced after today's general meeting. In the future, ÖBAG should not only manage shareholdings, but also focus more on the strategic location interests of the Republic.
