Fed likely to cut interest rates behind ECB; yen lowest since 1990

The Dow Jones broke a six-day negative streak yesterday, but uncertainty on Wall Street remains. Not only because of the situation in the Middle East, but also because of the Fed's hints that interest rates will remain at their current levels for some time to come.
