The embassy said Hossam Al-Khawas was a Palestinian refugee from Lebanon, while a younger girl remains in hospital in critical condition.

  • On Tuesday, Palestinian refugee Hossam Al-Khawas died after entering the water near Shoreham Fort in Shoreham-by-Sea. The Palestinian embassy confirmed Al-Khawas was one of three family members who perished, while a young girl remains in critical condition.
