Driver dead after running into tractor on Oregon highway
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A California man died on Thursday after driving into the rear of a tractor on Hwy 95, Oregon State Police said. The crash occurred near milepost 47 in Malheur County around 8 a.m. Police say Barry Hostler, 48, was driving a Subaru Legacy northbound on the highway when he struck the rear of a Case International 7220 tractor. Hostler was declared dead at the scene.
